Equity: Think of paying your rent as paying 100% interest. You will be paying off the principle balance every month.
We don’t require a certain credit score or a large down payment in order to qualify. We don’t charge an application fee. We just make homeowners out of renters.
We also work with investors who want to add another property to their portfolio but need funding to purchase.

A little bit about me...
A number of years ago, I found myself in a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with 3 children. There were a total of 5 people living there and my daughter was sharing a bedroom with her 2 brothers. Money was tight and we were living paycheck to paycheck so it seemed improbable that we were going to qualify for a mortgage. However, the kids were getting older and my daughter needed her own bedroom so I began the difficult journey of trying to obtain a loan. I was fortunate to find a loan officer who was sympathetic to my situation and very easy to work with and he helped me through the process of qualifying for a program that enabled me to obtain financing to purchase a home. I remember that it was not easy and we barely squeaked in under the guidelines but we made it. It was so exciting to move into our new home and become brand-new homeowners.
So, as you can see, I am familiar with the struggle to buy a home when you have less than perfect credit or not a lot of money saved up for a down payment. Now, I am able to help those in a similar situation by providing financing without all the hoops and qualifications that I struggled to meet.
